Supporting management functions within the school, to ensure a high quality support service, strategic planning and accountability in the context of statutory, council and school policy. To participate as a member of the school management team and to act as a business contact between the school, the directorate and other partners.
Educated to SCQF level 9 which includes a Degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline e.g. Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Administration or a commitment to obtain the qualification in a 24 month period.
To participate as a member of the school management team who are responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of effective procedures to meet all school and business requirements. You will be required to manage and enhance the support functions, including financial budget management, ICT, HR, facilities management and administration within the school.
You must have considerable experience of working in a managerial role with experience of meeting diverse objectives within defined timescales. You must embrace change with enthusiasm and seek to deliver imaginative solutions and strive to deliver continuous improvement.
