Care Assistants within our Older People’s Services work as part of a team to support people in the community or in care settings such as residential care homes. This includes providing positive support, personal care and encouragement to people to make their own choices and decisions in all aspects of their daily lives.

Within Adults Services our Care Assistants help vulnerable adults at home and out in their local community. They work with people to ensure their home environment is safe and comfortable, along with supporting them to seek out and enjoy meaningful things to do with their time such as social events, exercise or work opportunities.
