The Part time Community Education Worker role will help develop community development initiatives in the North of Dunfermline. Looking for a motivated individual who can relate well to individuals and identify and support need in the community. The focus will be on tackling anti-poverty programmes including food resilience and getting people involved in improving mental health. This role is part of a team that will focus on improving life chances for people who have been experiencing dis-advantage especially through the recent issues caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.
You will have experience in working work with individual and groups in addressing anti-poverty issues. This will include working with other agencies and partners and organising and running training and learning programmes.
Experience of working with adults, young people and communities in a CLD context appropriate to the post
Degree in Community Learning & Development (or equivalent recognised by the CLD Standards Council for full registration) at SCQF Level 9.
