To work as a member of the Pupil Services Team to provide a safe, secure and inclusive environment for pupils.  To develop positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff and other services, building pupil confidence, and enhancing their ability to learn.

Fife Council pays the Scottish Local Government Living Wage Rate to employees earning less than £8.51 per hour. If the hourly rate of pay for the post is less than the Scottish Local Government Living Wage Rate a supplement will be paid

Requirements

A good general education is required, with particular attention to written and oral communication.  The minimum requirement is for 4 Standard Grades, Grade 3 or above, to include English or equivalent.

Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Membership through Disclosure Scotland.

Responsibilities

You will assist in the promotion of school policies such as Relationship and Behaviour Management, Anti-Bullying and Attendance.

The individual should have experience of working with young people and experience of working as part of a service focussed team.
