This role is based at St Andrew's Community Hospital. You will work as part of a busy community team, supporting adults over the age of 65 years and their families/carers. Experience in working with Older People would be advantageous however, this is not essential. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and solution-focussed, is innovative and is a team player.
You will be educated SCQF Level 9, which includes a Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
