Job Description

Glasgow City HSCP is a partnership between Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde for health and social care services in Glasgow. Our vision is for community health and social work services to support people to flourish, work in partnership with communities and organisations to transform and improve health and wellbeing.

As an Admin Officer you will be responsible for managing and supporting a group of Clerical Officers who are based within Children’s Residential Houses, Clerical Officers are based over various locations citywide, therefore good communication skills are essential.  You may also be asked to work across multiple locations.  

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can manage attendance and performance, with an emphasis on team working despite different locations.   This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of shaping a new service delivery, assisting the Resource Manager in implementing and developing new business processes, the main emphasis of the role will be finance lead therefore some experience in cash handling and finance would be preferable but is not essential.
