A Resource Worker provides support to the Principal Officer and has lead responsibility for Business Operations across the city to co-ordinate admin support. The post holder will be responsible for the business support in relation to IT led projects, including Desktop Refresh, Telephony upgrades and management of SW BEFS swinbox. This is an opportunity to be a part of a busy team and influence how we deliver projects within the HSCP. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise and control the deploying of resources across the service to meet the service delivery needs.
We are looking for an energetic individual who can show a determination to deliver projects with the objectives to meet specific deadlines, you should demonstrate an ability to review processes, make recommendations and implement outcomes while co-ordinating and responding to operational issues. Working within a team who supports staff across all locations of the Partnership requires the successful candidate to have an engaging approach to whole team working, and be able to implement a fluent working strategy across the service that is inclusive and adaptive.
