Job Description

We are recruiting a Digital Volunteer Support Officer, to join our 3,000 strong team of dedicated staff and volunteers.  You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a robust digital volunteer training programme for third sector partner organisations.   Reporting to the programme’s Coordinator, your duties will include partner and stakeholder engagement, coordinating programme development, implementation and delivery, operational logistics, team management, programme monitoring and reporting on quality and performance information. You will also work with the GL Marketing team to manage the promotion and marketing of the project to the wider G.C.V.S. partnership.                      
                                                                                                                                                          The project has been created in response to the need to increase digital inclusion and participation within third sector organisations.  This project will mirror the existing Glasgow Life Digi-PALS programme:……;.
To be successful in this role you have the following skills and experience:
•  essential Staff and/or volunteer management experience
•  essential Proven track record of project planning, development, delivery and evaluation
•  essential Partnership engagement experience
•  essential Motivated, flexible and adaptable with a positive proactive attitude
•  essential Excellent communicator and proficient digital skills
