We are recruiting a Digital Volunteer Support Tutor, to join our 3,000 strong team of dedicated staff and volunteers. You will be responsible for supporting the Digital Volunteer Support Officer to develop and deliver a robust digital volunteer training programme for third sector partner organisations.
This project has been created in response to the need to increase digital inclusion and participation within third sector organisations. Reporting to the Digital Volunteer Support Officer, your duties will include programme development, implementation, delivery and monitoring, volunteer recruitment, building volunteer skills capacity and recording quality and performance information. You will also support work with the GL Marketing team to manage the promotion and marketing of the project to the wider G.C.V.S. partnership.
To be successful in this role you have the following skills and experience:
- essential Supervisory experience of staff and/or volunteers
- essential Experience of programme development & delivery, partnership working and performance reporting
- essential Demonstrates flexible, adaptable proactive attitude with the ability to work well independently and contribute as part of a dynamic team
- essential Excellent communication skills.
- essential ECDL or equivalent qualification
