Job Description

A self motivated individual is required to lead the Environmental Health group across several teams within Glasgow City Council. You will provide strategic direction and maintain a flexible approach to the needs of the council.You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, the ability to develop customer service strategies and manage change along with strong decision making skills. A Degree in Environmental Health and a Diploma in Environmental Health is essential as is excellent IT skills and wide managerial or supervisory experience within an Environmental Health service.  A formal management qualification and a current driving licence are desirable.
