Job Description

Reporting to the Group Manager (Housing Strategy) you will be responsible for leading in preparing housing strategies and implementing associated action plans.  

You will have experience of undertaking research and analysing challenges and opportunities relating to housing, developing new housing policies and initiatives including monitoring and evaluating progress towards the delivery of overarching priorities and outcomes.  

You will have proven communication and influencing skills and the ability to manage relationships and promote collaboration with Registered Social Landlords and other stakeholders together with strong leadership skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure and manage programmes against targets.

It is essential that the successful candidate must be educated to degree level or have experience in housing.  A Post Graduate in housing or other relevant associated qualification is desirable.
