Summer Intern - Community Asset Transfer Register Project - (Fixed-Term)

Job Description

Glasgow City Council is able to provide a summer Internship from Monday 05 June 2023 – Friday 25 August 2023, inclusive.

Applicants must be available for the full duration of the placement.

The intern will work 35 hours per week and rate of pay will be the Glasgow Living Wage.

Interns will work for 12 weeks, during which time they will accrue 6 days leave, the payment of which is included in their Salary so must be taken during their 12 week placement.   

The Successful Candidate will:

* Compare and analyse property data to update Asset Register. 
* Assist in producing and mapping new process to update register.
* Produce an improved register format.
* Update main property database with lease details.
* Compare property data to confirm status e.g., leased, sold, surplus, and vacant.

•    Must live within the Glasgow City Council boundary
•    Have the right to live and work in the UK
•    Be in the year of study specified in the advert
