Post Title:   Social Care Worker
Location:    Strathpeffer
Hours:        2 x 37 Hours Per Week  1 x 18.5 Hours Per Week 
Duration:    Permanent 
Salary:        £26,801 - £30,129 p.a. (full-time)
             £13,400 - £15,064 p.a. (0.5 18.5 hours per week)

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job  Purpose: To work under the direction of the Manager in order to ensure that the Centre is run in accordance with:

• The provision of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995
• Professional standards of child care practice
• Council Policy

Requirements

A Relevant qualification that is recognised by the Scottish Social services Council or evidence of the ability to undertake training to SVQ level 3 and HNC in Social Care.
