Salary: Grade F £20,984- £24,345

Hours: 37 hours per week

The company’s role is to deliver a range of physical and economic regeneration initiatives, drawing together the varied resources and expertise of key public and private sector partners on behalf of its members, Inverclyde Council and Scottish Enterprise.

In its partnership with Inverclyde Council in delivering a Single Operating Plan for Inverclyde, the company is now seeking an Admin Officer to support the Riverside Inverclyde Team in the delivery of town centre regeneration and management initiatives..

The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of an efficient and effective administrative and clerical service to all employees of Riverside Inverclyde. The role involves providing a professional reception service to visitors, responding to enquires in a professional and courteous manner, attending to incoming and outgoing mail, updating employee records, carrying out basic website updates and filing. The postholder will also have responsibility for the full administration function involved with Board and Committee meetings and Town Centre Regeneration Forums.

Applicants will require sound clerical/administrative experience, be computer literate, have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and display attention to detail. The successful candidate must have excellent written skills. Applicants are also required to have the flexibility to attend out of hours’ meetings such as Board meetings to take minutes.
