Midlothian

Communities, Lifelong Learning and Employability team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic trainee who has good administrative skills and is aspiring to work with groups of adults and young people to build their skills for learning life and work.  The role requires flexibility to work daytimes and some evenings/weekends.   This post is subject to PVG Disclosure.

Essential

Previous experience within an administrative setting is essential.

Fully competent in use of Microsoft Office suite of software in order to input/analyse data, record financial transactions, produce reports and publicity materials.  Knowledge of Condeco, Integra and Cognisoft would be advantageous. 

Minimum National 5 or equivalent in Maths and English.

Desirable

Underpinning knowledge and principles of working with groups of young people, families, communities and/or adults gained through on the job experience.
