KNOWLEDGE

You must have experience of food production within a catering unit and a sound knowledge of health and safety practices within a kitchen environment.  The REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.

Based on you working 19.5 hours over 52 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £10,663.50 per annum.
