Job Vacancy

Midlothian

To maintain high standards of cleanliness within the Residential Home as required by doing general duties. This will include cover within the kitchen, laundry or domestic duties within the home environment when required.

KNOWLEDGE

Basic reading is a requirement of the job to enable the Jobholder to read the instructions regarding the handling of chemicals and use of laundry equipment.

Knowledge is normally acquired through demonstration and familiarisation on the job.

Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also an essential requirement for this post.

This post will involve providing Newbyres with Domestic, Laundry and Kitchen domestic services when and where required on a casual basis to cover annual leave and sickness absence.

The hourly rate for this position is from £10.48.

Requirements
