We are looking to recruit an experienced person to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Place Senior Management Team. The post holder will be required to coordinate and minute meetings, manage diaries, prepare reports and presentations and respond to elected member and citizen enquiries.

Knowledge:

They must be confident with standard Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and be able to take competent minutes. The post holder requires a minimum qualification to HNC/SVQ3 level in Business Studies, Office Management. Administration or equivalent, or be able to demonstrate relevant experience for the post.
