KNOWLEDGE

A degree in Social Work and registration with the SSSC as a Social Worker is essential a Diploma in Social  Work  with  SSSC  registration  as  a  social  worker  is  an  acceptable  alternative 

Have experience of working with children and families including child development, and trauma based interventions.

Knowledge and understanding of a range of systemic interventions and methodologies such as attachment promoting, trauma based therapy, child development and parenting capacity.

DESIRABLE

Experience in group work with families.

Experience and understanding of whole family support

Experience in working with families, in partnership to address barriers to well-being, attendance in Education and attainment.

Based on you working 36 hours over 52 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £36,117.53 per annum.

Requirements
