We are seeking an enthusiastic practitioner to support our learning and development team to develop and deliver the Trauma informed practice programme across Midlothian.  They will facilitate the transition to Trauma informed practice by leading and supporting staff through a change of culture, values and process; to provide a resource to staff in facilitating practice development in Trauma informed practice within the workforce.


This also includes providing support and influencing the work of Trauma informed practice for positive change within local communities, and provide advice and assistance to team members in order to enable the people they work with to maintain and/or build informal support networks in their communities.

Based on you working 36 hours over 52 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £36,117.53 per annum.
