During Covid-19, we are taking the opportunity to work in different ways and this includes how we continue to undertake our interviews. We are using Microsoft Teams to progress with interviews virtually and all you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. This post is based in the Facilities Management Team within our Physical Environment Service. We are a busy catering service within North Ayrshire Council supplying services to internal and external clients.
We are looking for an experienced cook to join our energetic team. We are looking for someone who is hard-working, organised, creative and passionate about food and customer service. You should be able to work in a high-pressure, high-turnover environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player and also be able to work unsupervised.
Candidates will be required to work to a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
