Job Summary

During Covid-19, we are taking the opportunity to work in different ways and this includes how we continue to undertake our interviews. We are using Microsoft Teams to progress with interviews virtually and all you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

This post is based within our Communities Directorate, Education Service.  As part of the management team of Irvine Royal Academy, you will lead, manage and give strategic direction within an allocated area of responsibility. For more details see the attached Role Profile below.

Staff Values & Behaviours

Our values of Focus, Passion and Inspiration are core in everything we do and how we do it. They are the foundation that our work is built on, and they are used to measure how well we do each day. On their own, they are just words; to become meaningful they need to be backed up by actions. That's why we aim for them to be at the heart of everything we do. When they are, we can - and will - deliver the best services for the communities of North Ayrshire.
