Job Summary

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

We are a busy hospitality service within North Ayrshire Council supplying services internally and externally from Saltcoats Town hall and various hospitality venues. We are looking for someone who has experience in Events and hospitality, who is hands on, hard-working, organised, creative and passionate about customer service. They should be able to work in a high-pressure, high-turnover environment, have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and be a team player. Candidate will be required to work and travel to various locations throughout North Ayrshire also flexibility regarding start & finish times, to suit the needs on the service, would be desirable.
