During Covid-19, we are taking the opportunity to work in different ways and this includes how we continue to undertake our interviews. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Assessment, Care Management and Review Team based in Bridgegate House, Irvine. We are seeking a qualified Social Worker with knowledge and experience in undertaking needs led assessments, devising interventions while responding to and managing risk. An understanding of the current pressures experienced in Health and Social Care sector is essential as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a challenging and rewarding role and will require the successful candidate to work in a multi-disciplinary setting; to consult with service users and their representatives to ensure their needs and rights are promoted while practicing within policy and legislative frameworks.
