During Covid-19, we are taking the opportunity to work in different ways and this includes how we continue to undertake our interviews. We are using Microsoft Teams to progress with interviews virtually and all you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.
The post is based in the Justice Services Unpaid Work Team. You will be involved in the daily supervision of service users undertaking unpaid work on Community Payback Orders. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate tasks such as litter picking, ground maintenance, hard landscaping, painting and or similar projects to service users and have the ability to motivate service users to undertake these tasks. The ideal candidate would be pro social, have a good all round work experience and knowledge of Health & Safety.
