The Community Facilities Caretaker are responsible to the Assistant Area Manager for the presentation, cleanliness, and security of Community Centre’s operated and managed by Facility Support Services - Community Facilities section.
You will have previous experience in dealing with members of the public and communicate effectively with all users of the service to the required customer care standards.
You will use your own initiative on a daily basis identifying cleaning, maintenance and repairs and will possess basic handyperson skills. You should have experience in completing paperwork and maintaining records of work.
You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual and will have a flexible approach to work.
This post is temporary for a period of 23 months.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
