Working with a variety of partners, the Enterprise and Communities service has a key role in guiding this regeneration towards sustainable development and Inclusive Growth. As Project Development Manager, you will manage the identification, feasibility, development and implementation of key infrastructure projects that will create improved economic outcomes for North Lanarkshire residents, communities and businesses. This post will also lead on the development of key aspects of North Lanarkshire’s City Deal Infrastructure Programme as part of the Glasgow City Region City Deal. This also involves assisting in programme governance and regional partnership working.
You should have substantial experience within a physical regeneration and/or/ infrastructure delivery, together with project management expertise and significant partnership working skills. Your work experience should encompass proficiency in all stages of physical project development, preparation of successful funding business cases, capital budget management and an ability to motivate and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a physical regeneration/civil engineering or relevant discipline, you will have proven project development skills. You should further demonstrate high personal drive and motivation alongside excellent communication and partnership working experience.
