An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team for a highly motivated Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Asset & Procurement Team supporting the delivery of the Town and Community Hub delivery Programme and DBFM/PPP Contract Management. You will ensure effective working between the Authority, Partners and other relevant bodies; monitor and report on individual projects and ensure contract compliance.

With a Degree in a relevant field, you will have significant knowledge and experience of working on multiple high-value contracts and project management skills with experience in procurement, contract and financial management and be familiar with Design & Build forms of contract. 

It is also essential that you hold chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors i.e. MRICS.

To be a success in this role, you will remain calm under pressure, be an effective and clear communicator with excellent organisational and IT skills and have the ability to analyse data and produce relevant reports. 

You must be able to travel throughout North Lanarkshire.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip.  You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
