NLC6 £24,234 - £25,980 (Pro Rata)

Based within our venues throughout North Lanarkshire, you will work within our Sports Development diversionary projects, working at various Leisure Centres throughout North Lanarkshire. The overall aim of the projects is to provide diversionary activities on Friday evenings.  The projects objectives are to improve the health and wellbeing of participants whilst encouraging positive attitudes towards physical activity and the community.

You must possess a relevant sports qualification and as part of a strong, established team of coaches, you will be responsible for planning, organising and delivering an appropriate range of sports activities. You will be a dynamic and experienced sports coach who will inspire young people to achieve their full potential and to deliver top quality sessions.

As a requirement of these posts, the successful candidates must obtain Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) membership through Disclosure Scotland.

These posts are funded for a period up to 31 March 2024.

Work Pattern -
Friday 6pm to 10pm

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip.  You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
