Store Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help join our Integrated Joint Equipment Store, Motherwell to help ensure we provide a safe, secure and efficient service.
If successful in your application, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining levels of stock and materials, liaising closely with managers across the health and social care partnership and partner organization's. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring effective processes are in place to co-ordinate both delivery and installation of equipment and minor adaptations.
As a team manager you will be responsible for ensuring staff within the team feel supported, receive regular supervision and undertake key training for their roles such as Risk Assessment and Moving and Handling.
We are looking for an experienced manager with a background in working with the public and experience of stock control. Possession of a relevant SVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent is also essential although applications will be accepted if you are willing to work/ working towards such a qualification*.
*Please note that if appointed you will be contractually obliged to successfully gain the required qualification within agreed timescales.
