We have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our centralised home support team, based within Motherwell. Working within this fast paced service, you will help us deliver a high level of customer service and community support to service users across North Lanarkshire.
Working closely with the Service Delivery Co-ordinator, you will use a dynamic scheduling tool to ensure the people we support receive a prompt and efficient person centred support which promotes greater independence and choice.
To undertake this role, you will need a positive approach and be able to communicate effectively with a range of individuals including service users, their families and other partners/agencies. We are looking for someone with excellent organisation skills, is resourceful and works well under pressure. Experience working in a social work or home support related environment is essential. Possession of a SQV Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable however successful applicants who do not hold this qualification must demonstrate a willingness to work towards achieving this within a reasonable timescale.
