Clerical Assistant

£17,578 - £18,235 (including Distant Islands Allowance)

A vacancy has arisen within HR & Performance for a Clerical Assistant. Working within a small team the post holder will be required to provide a high standard of clerical and administrative support for all sections within the service.

You should have experience of working in an office environment with a good understanding of office systems and procedures. You will need to be able to work under pressure, produce work that is accurate and to a high standard, and maintain strict confidentiality.

We are looking for someone who is educated to SVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant administrative subject, or with a minimum of two years’ experience of working in a clerical role.
