The Responder Service provides a speedy response following falls or other emergencies in the home, ensuring that individuals can remain safely and independently in their own homes and enjoy quality of life.

The work will be both challenging and varied, and under guidance from the Responder Co-ordinator you will enable individuals to achieve as much independence as possible, through the provision of assistive technology, and the ongoing 24 hour emergency support of the team.

You should hold an SVQ 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent qualification or achieve this qualification within 3 years.
