Working as a member of the Campus Business Support Team, the Campus Management Assistant will help to create a friendly, welcoming, caring and professional service and environment for customers. In addition you will provide a clerical support function to support the Community Campus Leader/Head Teacher and Campus Leadership Team. You will also be the first port of call for parents and pupils as well as members of the public. The job will require the successful applicant to work 1 middle shift in 5 on a rota basis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual who is well organised, to join our busy office team. The successful applicant will be computer literate with proven IT skills in Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work to deadlines is essential. Also, you will have the ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible approach and you will have good verbal, written and communication skills.
Ideally you will have a current First Aid certificate or are prepared to undergo training.
As well as working within the team you must have the ability to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive manner.
