A vacancy has arisen for an Estates Assistant within the Estates and Commercial Investment Team to support delivery of our corporate Housing function. The post holder will be part of a team of Chartered Surveyors and supporting technical staff and the role is to provide technical and administrative assistance within the team.

The post holder will ideally have experience in residential Scottish property transactions and an understanding of the Council’s role in transactional property functions would be advantageous.
