An exciting role has arisen within the IT Mobile Working Team to help drive service improvement through the development & implementation of mobile working solutions. We are seeking a suitably experienced professional to work in partnership with teams across the Council to redesign services, delivering efficiencies and improvements. The role is key to the introduction and implementation of new ways of working, which are underpinned by mobile working technology. The role will build on successes delivered to date within the mobile working programme and will involve co-ordinating the next phase of a complex and challenging change initiative within the Home Assessment Recovery Team (Health & Social Care Partnership), embedding a new Housing Repairs solution, as well as supporting existing users and identifying new opportunities for mobile working across PKC. A methodical approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy and a consistently high quality customer focus are required. You must be educated to at least HND level in an appropriate discipline, or be able to evidence business analysis or project management skills together with sustained operational experience in a relevant setting.

• building constructive working relationships with staff, managers, partners and peers; and participating in multi-disciplinary groups.
• coordinating programme and project lifecycle activities including responsibility for planning, scheduling, issue & risk management, testing, training, change control and reporting
• communicating complex processes and issues
• developing relevant documents to a high professional standard
It is desirable that they have experience in:
• using analytical tools, techniques and approaches to gather, document, organize and present evidence-based reports / recommendations
• identifying / managing benefits, issues, risks, opportunities and impacts
