We are recruiting a Senior Clerical Assistant to provide efficient and responsive contact and advice to our customers.
The post forms an integral part of the Central Administration Team and the successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate a real commitment to meeting the needs of our tenants, in a courteous and helpful manner, and to ensure the delivery of excellent customer care.
The position requires applicants to have efficient and effective administration skills, the ability to prioritise workloads according to targets and to communicate with tenants and residents.
