Senior Practitioner (Fixed Term until 1 May 2019) - PKC04272 
£36,865 - £40,300
Colonsay Resource Centre, Perth

The post of Senior Practitioner is within a busy childcare fieldwork team covering some of Perth City and some of the outlying areas, to the south. You will be responsible for your own caseload and carrying out statutory tasks in relation to children and their families as well as the tasks in relation to child protection.

In addition the post will also directly supervise a senior social care officer. The successful applicant will display the ability to multi task, manage conflicting and competing demands in addition to that of their own caseload, provide advice and guidance to staff within the team, chair meetings and take on the role of Team Leader in their absence. The successful applicant will have at least three years post qualifying experience and a post qualifying qualification would be advantageous.
