Social Work Assistant - PKC09342
£14,943 - £16,599 (20 hours/week)
Loch Leven Community Campus, Muirs, Kinross, KY13 8FQ

The successful applicant will assist in maintaining vulnerable people in the community by providing a range of social work and care management tasks. These include carrying out Outcome Focussed Assessments, the negotiation of flexible packages of care, and the monitoring and reviewing of individual care packages.

 

The Individual

The successful applicant will also have responsibility for providing a specialist resource within Community Care through the development of knowledge and experience in care areas of practice and to carry responsibility for  cases with a high level of need.

You should have a Driver's licence and access to a car for work.

You will either have or be willing to work towards SVQ Health and Social Care.
