Job Description

Technical Assistant (Road Safety Team)  PKC0825
£19,127 - £20,553  Fixed Term (for 12months)
Pullar House, Perth PH1 5GD

To design and supervise works in accordance with the appropriate legislation, recommended standards and Council and Roads Service Policy.

This will primarily consist of road safety projects, Traffic and general roads infrastructure projects. 

The Roads Service as a whole is responsible for a wide range of technical work and staff may be required to carry out other tasks within the department, compatible with their abilities, as its priorities might require.

The Individual

The post requires a motivated individual who is able to carry out the duties which consist of office and site based works.

The post requires the candidate to have full driving license.

The person should also be comfortable in the use of computers and able to demonstrate the ability to learn skills.
