We are delivering an exciting programme of regeneration initiatives and projects in Renfrewshire - an ambitious programme for an area with huge potential.  Regeneration is at the heart of the Council’s work, with the area’s town centres, economy, culture and heritage at the top of the agenda to deliver high quality places for the area’s communities, businesses and visitors.

We are expanding our award-winning, multi-disciplinary Regeneration team and need enthusiastic people with the skills to deliver our ambitious agenda to the maximum benefit of Renfrewshire.  We expect you to have a passion for regeneration and an understanding of the inter-relationships and partnerships necessary to deliver successful projects and initiatives.  You will assist in the development and delivery of a range of regeneration projects.

It is essential that you are educated to degree level or equivalent in Planning / Regeneration / Architecture / Surveying or a related discipline.  You will have experience in partnership working, engaging and consulting with communities and a broad range of stakeholders, with the ability to work well at a strategic level across the Council.  Effective communication, negotiation and report writing skills are central to the role along with the ability to analyse complex situations.
