An opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic officer to join the Housing Investment team. As Investment Team Co-ordinatator, you will provide support within the team, with particular focus on customer communication and liaison.

You will be responsible for co coordinating the team’s responses to all enquiries and complaints from customers, elected members, MP/MSPs and other outside agencies within the agreed timescales. You will maintain comprehensive records of all responses and provide statistical analysis on the volume and type of enquiries. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of customer communication strategies, publicity and the preparation of information for customers relative to the delivery of capital and revenue investment programmes.

It is essential that you have previous experience dealing with customers within a housing repairs, maintenance, or investment environment, ideally within a responsive repairs service and/or capital investment programme structure. You will be motivated and enthusiastic, flexible and customer focused, be able to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines You will also be able to demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills and it is desirable that you have experience of using the council’s IT systems including OHMS, Dash and Mailtracking.

Knowledge of local authority working conditions/practices is desirable.
