Based at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley. Previous internal candidates who applied in November 2017 need not reapply. You will work within the ICT Partnering and Commissioning team, to support the ICT Service in the effective management of resources through the application of appropriate asset, procurement and performance processes. You will also play a key role in the coordination of compliance activities – FOI’s; Audit actions; disaster recovery and business continuity.
Educated to degree level or equivalent and able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the asset management lifecycle; designing and implementing efficient processes; coordinating the delivery of activity and supporting service user and managers to adapt to any compliance related changes.
It is essential that you have effective organisational, problem solving, communication both written and verbal and analytical skills including data manipulation through the use of office productivity tools; use of a wide and varied range of software products to process information; and an ability to build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines where required. Experience of managing projects is desirable.
