You will assist in the development and delivery of regeneration and place based projects across Renfrewshire, supporting the sustainable use of land, enhancing the built and natural environment and contributing to the health and wellbeing of local communities. You will further develop and deliver regeneration and place based projects, including those which deliver multiple benefits in relation to natural and built heritage, surface water management, access and biodiversity, maintaining project plans and reporting progress as required.
It is essential that you have a relevant degree/ professional qualification (or equivalent) in planning, regeneration, architecture, engineering or related discipline. In addition, you will have post-qualification experience in the development and delivery of regeneration and environmental projects aligning with plans, policies and strategies as well as experience of working with internal and external partners, private sector and the public and experience of consultation and engagement.
It is desirable that you have a driving license for this post.
