An exciting support opportunity has opened up in the West Partnership Regional Improvement Collaborative. The partnership is made up of eight local authorities in the West region and aims to embed the values of equity, excellence and empowerment by supporting practitioners and adding value to local authorities. You will be responsible for all aspects of communication and engagement ensuring that the work of the partnership is recognised through using a variety of innovative communication techniques. The partnership is looking for a team player to help them deliver excellence, equity and empowerment. It is essential that you have an SVQ Level 3 in Business Administration/SNC in an appropriate subject, or equivalent. You will have willingness to support and learn about communication and engagement approaches in a regional and corporate setting. In addition, you will have aptitude in marketing, events management, or project management as well as a willingness to learn about project management and supporting different projects. It is desirable that you have work experience in a communications / digital role or project officer role. Please note that this post is temporary, subject to business needs and funding for twelve months or until the requirement for the post ceases, whichever date is the earlier. If successful, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
