Service Assurance Team Lead (Maternity Cover for up to 1 year)

This post is within the Adult Service’s Service Assurance Team based at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley.

You will provide support to the Health & Social Care Partnership in meeting the requirements of Adult Social Care by supporting the production of accurate operational and financial information for use in local and national data collection processes.

It is essential you have experience and working knowledge of SWIFT financial modules; advanced spreadsheets and effective organisational, literacy, numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate information systems and present findings.

You must have experience and working knowledge of social care system administration, upgrades and year end activity.

You must demonstrate working knowledge of local authority financial regulations and legislative requirements in delivering Adult Social Care Packages. You must be proactive and consultative; be an effective listener; be flexible and committed with the ability to pay attention to detail, work on your own initiative, forward plan and prioritise your workload

Knowledge of local authority financial policies, procedures and regulations particular to Self-Directed Support is desirable.
