Service Delivery Officer (Process Automation)

 

 

Full Time, Temporary post to cover maternity leave - Grade 09

 

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Process Automation Team for a full-time temporary position to cover maternity leave.

 

 

The role is to lead the Process Automation team which is specifically responsible for providing automation services across the Council. You will support the design, development of change initiatives and improvement programmes.

 

 

It is essential that you have a formal accreditation as a process automation developer from a Blue Prism approved vendor. You must also have experience in leading a team or have worked on a system implementation project. Experience of working with external customers/stakeholders and delivering outcomes would also be fundamental.

 

 

It is desirable, but not essential, that you have experience in, or knowledge of, at least one or more of the following functions.

• Council Tax
• Non-Domestic Rates
• Administration of Care at Home, Residential Care, Scottish Welfare Fund, Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction

 

 

Applicants will be required to undertake a two-part interview which will consist of a skills-based assessment and interview questions.
