Role Purpose

We have 3 exciting opportunities available based in our Duns Library Contact centre which may involve occasional travel to Eyemouth and Coldstream.

The posts will predominantly be based on site with no home working necessary unless requested.

We have one 35 hour post which is mainly 9 to 5.  The Library is open  one late night to 6 pm per week and alternate Saturday mornings, both of which are covered by all the staff in the team and you will be expected to be in a position to become part of that rota.

There are two 19 hour positions available covering the following shifts, if there are any hours you cannot cover, but in the main you are available, please still apply as we do have the ability to alter some of the required hours.
Monday 12 - 5 
Tuesday 12 - 6
Thursday 9.30 - 12.30
Friday 10 - 3
Saturday 9.30 to 12.30 (occasional rota)

Essential

At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English and Numeracy
Commitment and ability to achieve an appropriate level of Customer Service qualification or SVQ level 2.
