The Early Years Teacher Team work across settings (schools and partner providers) to support and improve quality of Early Learning and Childcare / Early Level provision in Scottish Borders.
Applications are welcomed from experienced and enthusiastic teachers who have a genuine interest in taking forward current developments in Early Learning and Childcare/ Early Level, with a strong focus on raising attainment and improving outcomes for all children across settings. You will show a passionate commitment to working with families and communities and exhibit skills in building relationships with a wide range of staff and other agencies.
You will be required to provide effective support and challenge to settings on their journey towards improvement, engage in quality assurance and self-evaluation processes and be instrumental in developing and delivering training with an early years focus.

A degree (B.Ed/PGCE/PGDE) or Diploma in Primary Teaching
