Role Purpose

As Equity & Inclusion Lead Officer you will provide support, leadership and direction to individual schools to enable the delivery of high quality education for all children and young people in line with local and national plans. The equity and inclusion lead officer will work within the central team to ensure consistent delivery of improvement plans. To support our most vulnerable children including those with protected characteristics and who are looked after at home or away from home or who are care experienced.
